But the thing that made me so mad (I don’t want to spoil anything) was written SO PERFECTLY that I can’t complain about it. When something is badly written, or it leaves little holes for me, I can either ignore the bullshit or widen up those holes with fanfic or headcanons to fix up whatever it is that made me mad.

Once you finish all the available boys and you open the “True Ending” it just blew my mind. The story does NOT go where you expect it will. But I hated the ending because I LOVED THE STORY AND THE CHARACTERS SO FUCKING MUCH. It took me awhile to get into - I loved Hino’s route (the first one I picked) but it felt like really slow going somehow, and it took me a few weeks to finish.īut I have to say, I’m not sure I’ve ever had this strong of a reaction to a visual novel.
